Features

1. Motion Control System
    1. Industrial computer control the work program from Gerber or scanner data,
       setup starting point, soldering speed, movement speed, Z-axis height, etc.
    2. Touch screen and PLC control, conveying speed, setting temperatures, PCB counter,
       solder wave height calibration ,etc can be setup through touch screen and save
       or edit.
    3. Servo driver and motor provide motion power, ball screws and linear motion
       guide for process guiding. High accuracy, low noise level, high stability


2. Selective Spray Fluxer
1.   Exhaust Fan equipped over the nozzle, avoid contamination.
2.   Linear spray fluxer nozzle is used.
3.   Flux storage by pressure tank, to keep pressure stable even though in high or low
   level


3.  Preheating
1.   Infrared preheater for PCB preheatlow heating power and heat loss.
2.   Preheat temperature and time are settable by touch screen.


4.  Selective Soldering
1.   Individual solder pump device, wave height, calibration, etc. can be setup individually.
2.   Suitable for Lead free or Tin/Lead soldering. Outside heater plate, good heating
   efficiency.
3.   Using high speed connector, no need to connect wire while solder pot maintenance or
   changeover
4.   Individual N2 heating device and temperature control. Stable temperature and adjustable,
   to ensure the wetting of solder joint and reduce oxidation.

7. Cooling Fan (option)

8. Auto solder feeding device
   When solder pot reach low level limit, solder pot will automatically move to auto feeding
   device, and accept solder auto feeding. Then, continue operating


9. Wave height calibration system
   Calibration period can be settable. Equipment will automatically proceed calibration when the
   calibration time reach. Then, continue operating.

2.    Nozzle: Special material nozzle design can accurately and steadily spray a variety of tin wave height,
   thus improving the ability to continuously repeat welding in the case of space limited or too close
   to the part, by opening only for the welding point operation, no damage to other components.

3.  N2 direct heating system: nitrogen is used to inert and protect the soldering peaks, while reducing
    the amount of tin slag. This unique nitrogen direct heat system uses the PID temperature control
    principle (0-400 degrees C) to heat wave peak. Let operators choose whether to increase or
    decrease the temperature.
    N2 직접 가열 시스템 : 질소를 사용하여 납땜 피크를 비활성  보호하고 주석 산화 양 극소화질소 직접
     시스템은 PID 온도 제어 원리 ( 0 - 400'c온도작업 조건에 따라 온도 조절이 가능하다.


4.  Servo motor: the system uses the most accurate and advanced robot control technology - closed-
    loop servo, perfect repeatability of the intelligent motor. Ball screw and linear guide guide,
    accurate positioning, low noise, smooth movement.

6.  Less Maintenance Time - System Maintenance is a simple 5-minute start-up maintenance, including
    cleaning, slag removal, Hot Tin soldering, etc.

    The external heating plate of the solder furnace improves the heat capacity, prolongs the life of
    the heating parts, improves the quality stability of the solder furnace and simplifies the cleaning of
    the soldering furnace.

Spray system :

1.  Controlled by software program;

Preheat system:
1.   Up and down zone to make preheat. Up preheat zone is fixed IR heating module; Down zone is

    입니다다운 Heating Jet Solder Port 와 같이  이동의 적외선 예열 모듈 입니다.

Selective Soldering 장비에서 제일 중요한 부분은 Selective Jet Solder Port이다균일한Solder Jet 분사하는 기능을 갖고 있으며 이러한 제어는 Motor  Solder Port 재료 및 단열이다 이러한 부품은 세계적으로 인증된 일본의 Tomogawa 제품이며 단열은 스위덴의 ZY 회사 제품을 사용을 하였다완벽한 heating 단열 소재를 사용하여 정확 온도로 균일한 Soldering 구현이 가능하다.
