1. 제품소개
I’Magic Counter는 남아전자산업에서 생산하는 제품 중에 제일 다기능을 가진 Component Smart Counter System이다. SMD, Axial, Radial, 부품을 하나의 Counter에서 3가지 부품을 계수 할 수 있는 기능을 갖고 있다. 또한, Missing Parts를 확인 할 수 있는 Pocket check기능, Barcode Scanner, Barcode Print를 할 수 있는 기능이 기본으로 장착되어 있다.
2. 제품개요
32bit Control 시스템을 기초로 운영이 되며, Main Board, Stepping Motor제어, Interface Port Key Board 제어 등을 할 수 있는 4개의 개별화 된 PCB로 이루어져, 장비의 효율적인 제어 및 유지보수를 누구나 쉽게 할 수 있도록 설계되었다.
PCB는 SMD Module로 설계, 생산되었으며, 내구성을 위하여 PCB코팅을 하므로 환경 변화에 품질을 향상시키었다.
Desk Top 및 이동 겸용으로 설계되었으며 충전을 하여, 전원 공급이 되지 않는 장소에서 계수가 가능하도록 하였다.
100~240V 50/60Hz Free Power로 전 세계 어떠한 나라에서도 별도 기기 전원 변경없이 사용이 가능하다.
